"About a month and a half ago I had a pipe burst in the walls of my condo. This leak flooded my unit and completely destroyed my floors and carpets. It gets worse. My entire family was coming for a visit in four weeks from the time of the accident. And, this was their first visit since I moved to Florida over 6 years ago.

They worked with me by calling and visiting my apartment on a regular basis to insure his people and subs were all working to put my floors back to their original look. And all in time to meet my deadline.
